Modern Picturesque Balcony

This balcony deserved special treatment, knowing what kind of view there is once you steps outside. With both lake and city views, it was important to make this balcony a place where one could enjoy the views - either during a quiet morning or entertaining in the evening with friends. Modern teak furniture was kept simple so as not to distract from the view. Plants were placed strategically throughout the space, with some of the taller grasses offering some privacy from neighboring balconies. An outdoor rug anchored the space, and all of the plants are faux, so no need to worry about excessive sun, wind or watering.
