“When a retired Navy officer purchased a second home in Miramar Beach, Fla., he called on Waverly, Iowa-based designer Julie Meyers to remodel the space. Meyers, who is owner and principal designer at Design 360 Decorating Den Interiors, saw the project as he culmination of nearly a decade of good customer service. She had first worked with the client on a small project—a paint consultation—many years ago in Iowa. A year later, she completed a project in his new home in Kansas City. The positive relationship she had built led to the Florida remodel for which she was given free reign within his parameters.”
