Easton, MD.— Decorating Den Interiors has added two new staff members to its Easton, Md.-based corporate office to support its interior design franchisees across North America. “Despite the last few months of Covid adversity, sales across the board have been exceptional,” said James S. Bugg, Jr., president and CEO. “Not only have we not had to reduce our staff, we have been able to add these two positions.”

Sabrina Merrick serves as administrative assistant in the franchise support department providing a variety of aid to franchisees related to continuing education, digital marketing, business management, and client relations.  Her previous experience includes more than 20 years of customer service-based responsibilities in various trucking and accounting-related procedures, along with marketing and advertising duties.

Justin Hartlove joined the company as IT support technician providing support for the company’s proprietary design business Back Office Support System (B.O.S.S™). The system provides franchisees with systems and resources for business management, client relations, design presentations, marketing, and supplier management. His previous experience includes various aspects of technology support and troubleshooting, along with sales and serving as an assistant in the Annapolis Harbormaster’s Office.

Both Merrick and Hartlove are residents of the Eastern Shore.
