Decorating Den Interiors Brings Nearly 50 Managers to Las Vegas Market.

Celebrates Sixth Consecutive Year of Growth in Retail Sales

Decorating Den Interiors’ field managers and regional directors from across the U.S. and Canada will gather for meetings with corporate staff in conjunction with visiting the Las Vegas International Home Furnishings Market Jan. 22-26.  “Our group will consist of 39 franchise partners who also provide field support for our nearly 300 franchise partners and their teams, along with nine corporate staff members,” said James S. Bugg, Jr., president and CEO. “We also will celebrate our sixth consecutive year of retail sales growth.”

“With many of our over 130 members in our preferred supplier network represented at market, it’s a good chance for our managers, who also are design professionals serving clients, to spend time keeping up to date with new products before our two days of meetings later in the week,” added David Haseley, vice president of merchandising and marketing.

“Our field managers are among our leading business owners,” said Bugg, “While most franchise owners are home-based, providing a lower overhead, there are more and more owners moving into an outside location as their business outgrows their home. Many of them are among our field managers and regional directors.  Several of our top franchises have as many as five design professionals, along with the owner, working from the same studio. And, they are supported by administrators and other staff.  Not only are these among our leading operators, several of the designers working within those units are among our sales leaders in the U.S. and Canada. Our interior design business model clearly enables growth to a size that can provide significant financial returns for several individuals.”
