Decorating Den Interiors Honors 2019’s Top Design Businesses
Easton, Md.— Decorating Den Interiors, North America’s largest home furnishings and interior design franchise company, named its Chairman’s Circle award winners—the top ten in sales in the U.S. and the leader in Canada for 2019.
“The Chairman’s Circle awards are the first we announce each year,” says Jim Bugg, Jr., president and CEO. This recognition was started by the late James S. Bugg, Sr., who served as company chairman from 1984 until his death in 2015.
“Last year, we celebrated our 50th year in business, so it was an extra special year for these award winners to earn this high honor,” Bugg said. “Several of these owners have earned numerous design awards and have been published in magazines and books.”
Two were very quick starters
“Two of these top businesses achieved this milestone in a very early stage of owning their business, a very impressive achievement,” Bugg emphasized. “Lisa Bibawi opened her business just last March, so she has operated for less than a year. Tanya Kash began the previous year, but this was her first full calendar year operating.”
“This was the fastest that any new franchisee has reached Chairman’s Circle, and it was done by two of them.” Bugg added.
“Our company’s wide-spread geographic presence is highlighted by these distinguished owners,” Bugg emphasized. “These top franchises operate in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Missouri, Nevada, Texas, and Ontario, Canada.”
