"The small and dated clubhouse was successfully transformed into the vibrant and functional "Villa Del Verde Coastal Clubhouse." The vision of a Coastal Mediterranean feel was achieved with a palette of taupe, grey, neutrals, and shades of blues. Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring in a light grayish-white color replaced the old tile, while classic gray paint brightened up the walls. All dark wood was painted crisp white, and Key West-style shutters were added to the windows to enhance the coastal ambiance. The kitchen received a makeover with a lowered bar and new quartz countertops, and the dark cabinets were painted white. The space was divided into three areas: a dining area with driftwood cane tables and striped chairs, a central seating area with a sofa, swivel chairs, and a driftwood and limestone cocktail table, and a lounge area at the back with club chairs and companion tables. Ambient lighting was achieved with floor lamps and glass teal lamps on tables, and LED can lights were installed to replace outdated track lighting. The final touch included drapery panels with a neutral/teal geometric pattern and two pewter and weathered grey ceiling fans for air circulation. The community residents were delighted with the transformation, and the clubhouse became a popular spot for various activities, from gatherings to dancing, surrounded by the brightness and blues of the sea."
